Job DescriptionProcess and productivity optimizationDevelop, track and analyze key metrics to identify potential areas of improvement for operational processesDrive the review and optimization of processes across various markets to increase operational efficiency, effectiveness and improve user experience (both internally and externally)Develop and align operational best practices and SOPs across various marketsDevelop, set and align benchmarks and targets to achieve operational productivity across various markets Vendor managementManage the relationship, commercials and end-to-end contracting process with vendorsWork with regional and local stakeholders to faciliate the sourcing, testing and implementation of new technologies and servicesTrack, review and optimize vendor performance Project managementLead cross-functional and cross-market projects; accountable for managing the scope, timeline and resources to achieve target project outcomesTrack and provide senior management visibility on the progress and performance of key projectsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business equivalentExperience in project management and process improvement, preferably in a financial services/technology/e-commerce industryExperience working with cross-functional, multi-country teamsExperience with data and business analyticsStrong stakeholder management skills and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendationsDemonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesHigh energy, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic start-up environmentProficiency in Python/SQL as well as Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus, but not a must
