Regional Operations Lead (w/m/d)

We are looking for Regional Operations Lead (f/m/d) - JobID 22419 You will be an experienced Regional Operations Lead with, at least, 3-5 years of experience operating in the Health Care and Life Sciences environment. The area of responsibility covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Working with the Site Managers, local entities and the wider KAM team you will focus on creating value for money solutions to the customer with a keen focus on to manage client & contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance with Apleona’s policies, values, and behaviors.Major ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for business performance for the operations of all facilities services and ensure delivery of KPIs in line with IFM program. Demonstrate commercial value as part of the leadership team and cultivate strong cross func-tional relationships, whilst leading by example in terms of energy, drive & passion to create a winning culture.
