Job Description
We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our amazing client, a fast growing agency. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across APAC, driving operational excellence, leadership engagement, and the rollout of key strategic initiatives.This is a hands on role that blends strategy, systems, and people leadership. You’ll coordinate regional projects, streamline tools and processes, and play a key role in embedding sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives across the region.What You’ll DoManage and track leadership regional strategic initiatives to ensure follow-through and timely execution.Support senior leadership with data-driven insights, reporting, and decision-making.Lead enterprise tool enablement, onboarding, training, and mentoring teams on platforms such as Salesforce & Slack.Champion sustainability and corporate responsibility.Develop and manage regional dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor performance and impact.Drive adoption of new systems, AI tools, and productivity solutions across APAC.Organize and facilitate regional leadership events, town halls, and engagement activities.Act as a key connector between regional and global teams, ensuring alignment on processes and tools.What You’ll Bring5–8 years’ experience in operations, regional management, or cross-functional project leadership.Experience working with senior executives and managing multi-market initiatives.Hands-on familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Slack, etc.).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proven ability to develop training and enablement materials.Understanding of sustainability practices and reporting.Experience in marketing, tech, or digital/experiential agency environments is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldDon't miss out on this amazing opportunity!EA License No.: R1326872Agency License No.: 11C4388
