This is the ideal role for someone who understands wind turbines, who wants to take their career to the next level in a more commercially focused role.You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team working at the forefront of Ireland and the UK’s energy transition where there is opportunity for ongoing professional development and opportunities to broaden your technical and leadership skillset.ABOUT THE ROLE:Take the lead on operational performance across multiple sites, working closely with O&M providers, landowners, and system operatorsEnsure safety standards are exceeded through close collaboration with QHSE teams and on-the-ground partnersTrack asset performance using advanced Asset Management Systems to drive uptime and operational excellenceBe the primary point of contact for grid operators, handling switching, outage planning, and fault resolutionBuild and maintain relationships with contractors, service teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver on safety, performance, and financial KPIsSupport and mentor contractors and internal colleagues on best practices, safety protocols, and performance initiativesABOUT THE PERSON:A background in engineering, asset operations, or renewablesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environmentA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving improvement initiativesConfidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamStrong communication and relationship-building skills
