The Skin and Cancer Institute is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Central Valley clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and operational success across multiple locations.Schedule: Full-Time, ExemptTravel: Regional (multi-site oversight required)What You’ll Do:Oversee daily clinic operations across assigned locations to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and customer service.Lead, train, coach, and evaluate front and back office teams, including clinic leads and medical assistants.Monitor and improve clinic workflows, scheduling efficiency, staffing models, and patient throughput.Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, staff engagement, compliance, and facility needs.Partner with the billing, credentialing, HR, IT, and facilities departments to ensure operational continuity and timely issue resolution.Implement SOPs, performance standards, and policies consistently across all locationsAnalyze operational data (volume, revenue, staffing, patient satisfaction) and report key findings to senior leadership.Collaborate with providers to support practice goals, clinical initiatives, and patient care quality.Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing team members.Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, state, and company regulations.Lead operational response during audits, inspections, or emergency incidents.Drive continuous improvement and culture-building initiatives in alignment with company mission and values.What We're Looking For:3–5+ years of multi-site healthcare management experienceBachelor's degree (required) in healthcare administration, business management or related field; Master's preferredDemonstrated strong leadership, organization, and people-management skillsFamiliarity with ModMed/EMA and Office 365 is a plusReliable transportation and flexibility to travel regionallyWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsHealth, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance options401K retirement savingsPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and fair work environment� Apply Today!
