This includes aligning sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes with global standards, coordinating implementation activities, and ensuring smooth business adoption across all countries in the region.ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & Governance Act as the main interface between the global Procurement Program team and the regional Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams. Gather, validate, and maintain regional Procurement requirements and user stories using Jira or other project management tools. Ensure alignment between global processes and regional/local business practices and legal frameworks. Represent the region in governance meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops. Coordinate regional input and feedback into design, configuration, and rollout activities.Process Design & Implementation Participate in design sessions, fit-gap workshops, and system configuration reviews to ensure that regional needs are captured. Support system testing (SIT/UAT), including test preparation, execution, and validation of outcomes. Collaborate with IT and global teams during data migration and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist with change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and deployment planning. Support stabilization and post-go-live monitoring to ensure consistent adoption and process performance.Stakeholder Management & Change Management Engage with country procurement leads to ensure consistent understanding and communication of program goals. Facilitate training, communication, and change management activities to promote user adoption. Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within regional Procurement processes. Build a strong network across regional and global functions to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related functions, preferably within multinational organizations. Experience in system implementation or ERP deployment (Oracle, SAP, Coupa, or equivalent). Solid understanding of core Procurement processes, including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay (P2P), and Supplier Relationship Management. Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units. Ability to translate business needs into technical and process requirements. Experience using collaboration and issue-tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
