You will work closely with Regional Managers, General Managers, and the Merchandising team, optimize performance, strengthen market presence, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Day to DayPartner with each P&H grain elevator to develop and implement customized grain procurement business strategiesProvide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management within your assigned regionAttend farm meetings to enhance client engagement, provide support, and performance feedback to Crop Input RepresentativesEstablish and standardize best practices, including performance metrics, CRM utilization, reporting structures, and customer call management systems for each locationMonitor, analyze, and report on procurement program performance identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced profitabilityLead training initiatives focused on merchandising strategies, market intelligence, and customer relationship managementFoster strong communication and collaboration between regional operations and head office to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectivesQualificationsPost-secondary education Agriculture, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in grain procurement or merchandisingMinimum 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity involving employee training, coaching and developmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsExperience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and reporting is essentialExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel extensively across regionsWork and grow with a family-owned company.Join our team with Purpose & History!
