Location: Shanghai / BeijingOur client is a rapidly growing global medical device organization focused on delivering innovative surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes. They are seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales growth across markets through strategic partnerships and distributor management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support distributors and business partners to achieve regional sales and growth objectives.Recruit, train, and motivate distributor teams to meet performance targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and training centers.Negotiate agreements and build a robust network of distributors and sales professionals.Provide strategic input on market opportunities and growth initiatives.Monitor and report on regional performance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.Travel within the region (approximately 60%).Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.At least 10 years of experience in medical devices, with strong exposure to surgical environments.At least 5 years managing direct and indirect sales teams.Strong experience and network with distributors.
