Regional Sales Director

Renon Power is expanding its local sales presence in Western Europe(France, Spain and Portugal) to meet the growing demand for renewable energy storage solutions in Europe. We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our international team. This position will be based in France or Spain with a remote work setup, and the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations in Western Europe.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Explore and develop local market opportunities in Western Europe for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and distribution channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers, and key clients within Western Europe to grow Renon’s market presence.Conduct regular customer visits in Western Europe and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Provide front-end product explanations and work closely with technical teams to ensure the best customer solutions.Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, and local promotion initiatives specific to the Western Europe market.Report directly to Western European Sales Director and collaborate with internal departments to drive the sales process forward.🎯 We are looking for:Proven experience in sales, ideally in the renewable energy, battery storage, or solar industry.Strong ability to build relationships and develop business opportunities in France, Spain and Portugal.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or local language is a plus.🌟 Why Join Renon?At Renon, you will play a key role in driving the growth of renewable energy storage in Central Asia.
