Your contributions could be instrumental in driving our continued success.What are we looking for ?Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering).Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the technology, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries.Proven experience in regional sales and channel/wholesale/distributor management across multiple countries.Strong understanding of the CIS and Caucasus market dynamics and local business practices.Resident in Azerbaijan or willing to relocate in a short period.Fluent in English (and/or Azerbaijani is a strong asset).Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Willingness to travel frequently across the CIS and Caucasus region.What will you do ? Managing and growing Bilkom’s sales operations across the CIS and Caucasus region, including Azerbaijan and other key markets.Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with Bilkom’s international growth objectives.Building and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.Identifying new business opportunities and expanding Bilkom’s market footprint in the CIS and Caucasus region.Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborating closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence.Representing Bilkom and its global brand portfolio in international business environments.
