Regional Sales Manager (Dairy Division), responsible for driving growth in the GT channel, with a strong focus on retail DNE expansion, building a sustainable product distribution ecosystem, and developing a high-performing sales team.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales plan and revenue as per annual business plan.Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territoryEnsure numeric & weighted distribution targets are metMonitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain executionBuild and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partnersLead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff.Develop a high-performance sales culture.Role expectations18–22 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales. Exp.,3-5yrs experience in Dairy industryStrong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activitiesAbility to handle large teams and multiple stakeholdersExposed to Large Scale of OperationsManaging Different Categories & Price PointsHandling Managerial / ASM level teams
