We are committed to unlocking the hidden potential within every student, and our rapid expansion into multiple countries is a testament to our impact.We are seeking a Regional Head of Sales to spearhead revenue growth and market expansion in the South East Asian region. In this role, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage costs for profitability, and build strategic partnerships. You’ll lead and scale a high-performing sales team, align sales strategies with business objectives, and drive customer success and retention through data-driven insights and personalized engagement.As a Sales Regional Head, you'll: ✔️Revenue Growth & Sales StrategyDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US region to achieve aggressive revenue targets.Build and scale a high-performing sales team to optimize lead conversion.✔️Cost OwnershipOwn the cost for the US market, ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth.Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC), marketing budgets, and operational expenses to improve unit economics.Collaborate with the finance team to forecast, budget, and optimize regional financial performance.✔️Market Expansion & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue strategic partnerships with institutions, corporates, and educational bodies.Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine offerings.Develop pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and cost considerations.✔️Team Leadership & Performance ManagementBuild, mentor, and lead a high-impact sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.✔️Customer Success & RetentionImprove customer satisfaction and retention through personalized engagement and data-driven insights.Work closely with customer successTo WIN ✨, you'll need: ✔️10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or online education sector.✔️Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L with strong cost management.✔ ️Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, including partnerships with universities, corporates, and institutions.✔️Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing customer acquisition costs.✔️Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.✔️Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
