Job Description

Main ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all sales activities within the Southern region (including Central Vietnam).Supervise and motivate the sales team (ASM, Team Leaders, Sales Representatives) to achieve business targets and improve overall performance.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Propose channel development initiatives and pricing strategies for distributors, key shops, and dealers.Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.Support promotional and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and regional presence.Report business performance, key insights, and action plans to the General Manager.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management (South/Central regions), preferably in Consumer Electronics (CE) or Home Appliances.Proven leadership skills with strong ability to coach, motivate, and drive team performance.Solid experience in the GT (General Trade) channel; exposure to international or leading local brands is an advantage.Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI management and reporting.Open-minded, strategic thinker with modern business acumen.
