global medical device company is looking for Regional Sales Managers to join its international sales division. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to manage a robust distributor network and drive growth for a market-leading international brand.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets within the assigned European region.Channel Management: Lead, support, and optimize a network of local distributors, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and performance standards.Market Development: Identify emerging market opportunities and execute action plans to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic accounts within the medical community.Business Partnership: Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and finance teams to enhance market share and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry, with a proven background in managing international distributor networks.Location & Travel: Based in Israel, with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territories (approximately 70%).Languages: Fluency in English and Hebrew (both oral and written). Proficiency in an additional European language is a significant advantage.Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical capabilities to interpret market trends, and a proactive, independent work ethic.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to build and sustain professional networks.
