Vacancy for a Reputed Paints Industry !!Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: KathmanduJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the paints or hardware/construction materials industry, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers to achieve regional sales targets.Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive market share and revenue growth.Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and project customers.Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the industry.Regularly review team performance, provide coaching, and ensure timely achievement of individual and team KPIs.Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and pricing strategies.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the paints or hardware/construction materials industry.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions.Excellent team management and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.Key Competencies:Strategic Sales PlanningTeam Leadership & MotivationChannel ManagementMarket ExpansionNegotiation & Relationship BuildingTarget Achievement & Revenue Growth
