Who We AreBradken is equipping the resource sector to sustainably advance society.As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.Our 3000 - strong global team members are proud of the innovative solutions we provide our customers and our commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030.You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.What will you do?Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships through regular engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share in staple product lines. You will also explore international markets and lead strategic supply agreements with key accounts, contributing directly to Bradken’s long-term commercial success.You will be developing and executing regional sales plans, advising on product development opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurate reporting and pipeline tracking through Salesforce will be essential to support data-driven decision-making and market intelligence.You will demonstrate strong customer focus, consistently deliver value, and build trust. You will show decision quality by making sound, timely choices backed by insight, and bring a strategic mindset that connects daily actions to broader goals.You will ensure accountability, set clear expectations, and drive results through ownership and execution. You will have interpersonal effectiveness in this role requires clear, empathetic communication and the ability to influence across all levels.Key Technical Criteria Formal Engineering/Mining or a Trade background and experience in sales and marketing. Able to understand Engineering Drawings. Experience in a Technical sales position. High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Fixed Plant process. Work-related experience in Mining and associated markets. Trade, Mining, or Extractive Metallurgical background Willing to travel Commercially astute Bilingual in English/Indonesia Bilingual in English/MongolianThis role can be based in Indonesia / Mongolia.The closing date to apply for this role is 30th November 2025.
