Location:Based in Burlington, Ontario (ICT Power HQ), with travel throughout the assigned Canadian region. Remote work possible with frequent travel to customer sites, partners, trade shows, etc.About I.C.T. Power Company Inc.I.C.T. We stand out for our technical support, ability to source “hard‑to‑find” or obsolete parts, and delivering competitive pricing, quality packaging, and on‑time shipping. Role SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined Canadian region (e.g., Western, Central, or Eastern Canada). This individual will develop new business, deepen relationships with existing accounts (OEMs, MROs, panel builders, etc.), and act as a subject‑matter expert for ICT Power’s full product line including semiconductors, AC/DC controllers, capacitors, thermal solutions, fuses, and more. Must combine technical aptitude with commercial acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Grow revenue from existing customers through cross‑selling and upselling across product lines.Develop and execute territory / regional sales plans tailored to market dynamics.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with OEMs, MROs, panel builders, and other industrial clients.Serve as escalation point for customer technical questions, order issues, lead times etc.Technical & Product ExpertiseBecome highly knowledgeable in ICT Power’s product portfolio: semiconductors (diodes, thyristors, IGBTs, modules, etc.), power controllers (Phasetronics phase controllers and more), capacitors, fuses, thermal products, protection devices, etc. Work with engineering / inside sales support to specify correct products, especially for specialized or custom requirements.Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer needs in the region.Collect feedback on product gaps, opportunities, and emerging technologies; relay to product management / vendor partners.Forecasting, Reporting & CRMProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Maintain up‑to‑date customer and prospect data in CRM.Collaboration & LeadershipCoordinate with inside sales, technical support teams, logistics, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.Occasionally represent ICT Power at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer seminars.TravelRegular travel within assigned region to meet with customers, visit manufacturing sites, attend trade shows, etc. Some travel to Burlington HQ may be required.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical sales experience.Minimum of 5‑7 years of sales experience in industrial/manufacturing power electronics, components, or similar technical products.Experience with OEMs, panel builders, or industrial power systems is a plus.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of power semiconductors, power controllers, fuses, capacitors, protection devices, etc.Ability to understand datasheets, specification curves, and to specify products to meet customer designs.Familiarity with thermal management and reliability considerations in power electronics.Sales / Interpersonal SkillsStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Proven ability to build rapport with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Self‑Motivation & Organizational SkillsAble to work independently, manage territory, prioritize leads, manage time effectively.Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling.OtherProficiency in CRM tools; ability to produce sales forecasts and reports.Valid driver’s license; passport for travel if region requires.Bilingual (English / French) is an asset, depending on region.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance‑based commission / bonus structure.Company‐provided tools: laptop, phone, travel expense coverage, etc.Training on product lines, ongoing technical development.Opportunity to grow professionally with a technical, high‐value distributor in a niche but expanding field.Benefits package (health, dental, etc.), vehicle or vehicle allowance (if required), travel expenses.Performance Metrics / Success FactorsAchievement of regional sales quotas.Growth in new accounts and expansion of existing accounts.Gross margin / profitability of deals.Customer satisfaction, low return / complaint rate.Accuracy of forecasting and pipeline management.How to ApplyPlease send:Cover letter outlining your relevant experience & sales successes in power electronics or related industries.Resume / CV.Optional: A brief plan / ideas for how you would approach growing sales within your assigned region within the first 90 days.Send applications to sales@ictpower.com, subject line: Regional Sales Manager
