Coral Club Germany is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who would manage, develop and support the sales process on local market.Since its founding in 1998, Coral Club has become a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for a healthy lifestyle.The company uses innovative methods and cutting-edge health research and development to offer high-quality products with maximum nutritional content that contribute to a healthy balance in the body.What you will do• Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)• Create and build partnerships with regional distributors• Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions• Motivate and support distributors with information • Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region• Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors• Understand the regional market and its development• Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service• Work with analytics based on statistical dataAbout you• You have more than 3 years of experience in sales (MLM sector, beauty industry, FMCG group)• You have a high level of spoken and written German and English• Good communication and negotiation skills • Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, , service-oriented personWe offer• A great team in a multinational work environment.
