We are looking for a "Regional Sales Manager" to join our client company's domestic sales team in Istanbul region. Sales and dealer management experience in electrical industry is crucial for the position.Client DetailsOur client is a global company in cable industry.DescriptionThe Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:Effective sales responsibility of company products in the energy, telecom, fiber optic cablesDeveloping relationships with existing and potential customers and maximizing sales and ensure customer satisfactionCoordinating the entire sales chain and preparing action plans to achieve sales targets in line with the plan (sales turnover / profitability / payment terms)Monitoring the market and competitors, gathering information about competitors and products in new markets and channels, enabling new formations in these marketsMonitoring receivables and credit riskEnsuring the flow of information between customersSolving problems with technical, logistical and financial assistance for identified customers, providing consultancy when necessaryWorking in coordination and harmony with other departments, making customer visits and determining customer needs and producing solutionsProfileThe Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:BS degree in Engineering or Economics or Administrative Sciences;Good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishMS Office Applications knowledge, especially ExcelSAP- knowledge is an assetGood co-operation and interactions skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityProactive, accountable, and independent working styleCustomer-oriented mindset and ability to understand needsFocused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementActs with integrity and delivers consistent resultsJob OfferCareer opportunity in sales as being part of a global organization.
