The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and business management of Kubota Ground care and Agricultural products in Austria, Slovenia, and Switzerland. This role will support and expand the existing distributor, dealer, and partner network in the region, driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term customer relationships.Responsibilities:Responsibility for driving sales of the company’s products and solutions in Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, and associated territories.Support and expansion of the existing distributor, dealer, and partner network within the region.Review the performance of existing sales partners, acquire new partners and customers, and maintain long-term customer relationships.Develop and implement regional sales strategies in close alignment with sales management and Kubota’s overall strategy.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Plan, coordinate, and monitor regional sales activities, including forecasting, target setting, and sales planning.Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and provide on-site sales support.Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and After Sales.Regularly report sales figures, market trends, and KPIs to sales management.Ensure compliance with regional legal requirements and internal standards.Perform specific tasks as requested by KEUI or TBU Management.Requirements:Strong product knowledge and support experience in agriculture, construction machinery, or automotive sectors. Knowledge of Ground care or Agricultural machinery markets (preferred).Proven international B2B sales and commercial experience.Demonstrated success in business development, including sales growth, profit contribution, network development, and market coverage.Field experience with regular customer contact and channel partner management.Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.Practical, hands-on approach with products and applications.Results-driven, with tenacity, determination, and the ability to make sound decisions.Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.Analytical, data-savvy, and self-motivated, capable of working independently and in a matrix organization.Experience in international business environments.Excellent communication, networking, and customer relationship management skills.Willingness to travel extensively as required.
