The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, building long-term customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and market share. The successful candidate will combine deep technical understanding of marine propulsion systems with strong leadership and business development acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations: Lead end-to-end sales activities across all marine product lines, including engines, propulsion, and power solutions. Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. Partner Management: Develop, lead, and grow the System Integrator Partner Network to achieve sales targets and performance objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and coach the sales team, promoting professional growth, capability enhancement, and a performance-driven culture. Customer Relations: Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen relationships and drive satisfaction. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and execute sales strategies that support business growth and long-term profitability. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to refine business development plans. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, and HSE regulations.Must-Have Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8 years of B2B technical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial sales role. Direct sales experience in marine, industrial, or propulsion system solutions. Proven ability to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Exposure to shipyards, system integrators, OEMs, or marine operators. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Legal right to work in Indonesia (mandatory).Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with marine powertrain, hybrid propulsion, or energy systems. Understanding of Southeast Asian marine markets and distribution networks. Prior experience managing technical or engineering-driven sales cycles.
