With a strong presence across multiple international markets, Meril continues to expand its portfolio of advanced surgical technologies and strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals globally.Regional Sales Manager – Endo Surgery (Australia)Function: Sales – Endo Surgery PortfolioLocation: Sydney / Melbourne, AustraliaReporting To: Country / Business Head – Endo SurgeryRole PurposeThe Regional Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, market development, and strategic expansion for Meril’s Endo Surgery portfolio across the assigned territory in Australia. The role involves building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and channel partners while leading regional sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market DevelopmentDrive revenue growth and market share for the Endo Surgery portfolio within the assigned region.Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and market expansion strategies.Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.Customer & KOL EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare institutions.Conduct clinical discussions, product demonstrations, and support surgical procedures when required.Strengthen Meril’s presence within leading hospitals and surgical centers.Channel & Stakeholder ManagementManage and expand dealer / distributor networks to ensure effective market coverage.Work closely with channel partners to drive business growth and customer engagement.Leadership & Strategy ExecutionCollaborate with country leadership to execute regional sales and market development strategies.Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Support the launch and adoption of new technologies and product innovations.Product PortfolioThe role will focus on promoting Meril’s Endo Surgery portfolio, including Sutures, Surgical Staplers, Energy Devices, Laparoscopic Solutions.Preferred Candidate Profile8–15 years of experience in medical device sales.Strong experience in Endo Surgery / Laparoscopy / Surgical Devices.Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key hospital accounts.Established relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders in the region.Experience managing regional markets, distributors, or sales teams preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Candidates must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.Why Join UsAt Meril Life Sciences, you will have the opportunity to:Work with innovative surgical technologies that advance minimally invasive surgery.Be part of a fast-growing global MedTech organization.Contribute to expanding access to world-class healthcare solutions across international markets.Play a key role in building and strengthening Meril’s presence in Australia.📩 Interested candidates may share their profiles at:reepa.sardapal@merillife.com
