For more information, Job Summary:We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead Military & Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial market segments in all of India region. The individual needs to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in sales strategy, working with cross functional teams, and customer relationship development. The individual needs todevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.Identify market opportunities and customersbuild strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as neededCollaborate with marketing, product teamsPrepare and present sales forecasts , performance reports to leadership. The individual must possess,minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA) will be added value.needs to have 15+yrs. Of experience in semiconductor field with most experience in technical or semiconductor component sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms The individual expected skills areStrategic thinking and decision makingTeam playerData driven approach to sales managementExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsAdaptability in fast-paced environments The individual based in Bangalore, India would be a preference.
