Full-timeJob PurposeTo lead and manage the regional sales team responsible for the distribution and revenue generation of frozen chicken and table eggs across multiple states. The role focuses on driving volume, expanding market share, managing key accounts, and developing sales talent in the region. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional sales targets for frozen chicken and eggs across distributors and key accounts. Supervise and coach a team of sales reps within the region. Identify and onboard new distributors, cold room operators, and bulk buyers. Conduct routine market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and pricing compliance.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure effective coordination with logistics and operations. Analyze regional sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Coordinate regional product activations, price promotions, and customer engagement campaigns. Manage customer relationships, negotiate bulk deals, and resolve disputes. Provide leadership during route planning, territory expansion, and competitor analysis. RequirementsB. Sc. /HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field. Minimum 7 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role.
Must have strong experience selling frozen foods (especially chicken or animal protein). Deep knowledge of regional market structure, distribution, and route-to-market strategies.
