Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this role manages regional agency partners, drives business development, and ensures that customer and project needs are met with precision and professionalism.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership capability, and an ability to develop trusted relationships across all levels of the customer and agency network.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and ExecutionImplement regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives and achieve defined revenue targets.Manage and support regional agency partners to maximize performance, including quoting, follow-up, and order management in collaboration with the Customer Success Support team.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Lead ongoing execution of the Omnify agency engagement model within the territory, ensuring consistent activity and measurable progress.Agency and Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies, specifiers, designers, engineers, distributors, and contractors.Provide expert consultation to clients, ensuring needs are understood and solutions are effectively aligned with project requirements.Drive an ongoing engagement process with agencies, including regular in-person visits, scheduled touchpoints, and proactive relationship development.Deliver recurring agency training sessions on Omnify capabilities, core product categories, and new product launches to increase specification confidence and adoption.Manage agency performance through scorecard metrics, ensuring expectations are clear and accountability is maintained across quoting activity, training participation, and sales results.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and potential agency partnerships within the assigned region.Conduct presentations, training sessions, and sales outreach to expand Omnify’s market presence.Support agency partners in driving increased specification and volume through targeted initiatives and proactive project involvement.Product and Market ExpertiseMaintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, competitive offerings, and market trends.Ensure agency partners are fully trained and equipped to promote Omnify’s product portfolio.Educate and align efforts to simplify specifications and ensure the correct Omnify products are carried through project revisions.Project and Operational CoordinationOversee key regional projects, ensuring deliverables, documentation, and timelines meet customer and company standards.Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, marketing, and customer success—to ensure consistent and timely project execution.Reporting and ForecastingMaintain accurate records within the CRM system, including all activities, opportunities, and pipeline data.Prepare regular reports and forecasts related to sales performance, revenue, and market activity.Marketing and Industry EngagementManage regional marketing and sample budgets in alignment with strategic priorities.Represent Omnify at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in Lighting as a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent role, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven reporting.Knowledge of the lighting, design, or architectural industry considered an asset.Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry engagement.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive group benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a high-performance organization.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to apply through this posting.
