Saadnan Group is looking for Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Job Description / ResponsibilitySaadnan Food & Beverage Company Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in Bangladesh, offering high-quality food and beverage products across the country.We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage the sales operations within an assigned region and ensure business growth through effective dealer, distributor, and sales team management. Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Recruit, train, and supervise Area Managers and Sales Representatives to drive performance.Identify and onboard new distributors/dealers to expand the company’s network.Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key retail partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising, and brand visibility.Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.Conduct market visits to ensure proper coverage and product availability.Coordinate closely with marketing, distribution, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Educational RequirementsMastersBachelor/HonorsEducational Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.MBA in Marketing will be given preference.Experience Requirements7 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Food (Packaged),Beverage,Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)Additional Requirements:Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.Experience Requirements:Minimum 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.Experience in managing large dealer/distributor networks is a must.Sales Management and Strategy Development skillsExperience with Market Analysis and Identifying Sales OpportunitiesStrong Communication and Relationship-Building skillsProven Track Record of Achieving Sales TargetsExcellent Leadership and Team Management abilitiesAbility to analyze data and provide actionable insightsJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
