As a premium womenswear brand with strong roots in Belgium, we are expanding our international footprint and bringing our refined aesthetic to new markets.Join a small, ambitious team responsible for launching and scaling Xandres in the German market. In this role, you will open new doors, grow B2B revenue, strengthen key account relationships, and ensure the brand is represented consistently across all wholesale touchpoints.Key responsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with independent boutiques, department stores, and fashion houses.Execute seasonal sales campaigns and manage showroom appointments.Oversee pre-orders, re-orders, and in-season sales opportunities.Drive wholesale revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.Account Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring outstanding service levels.Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment conditions, and delivery timelines.Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.Market & Brand Strategy Stay up to date on market developments, competitor activities and broader fashion trends.Provide structured feedback to our internal teams: design, merchandising, and marketing regarding product trends, pricing insights, and customer preferences.Ensure all wholesale partners represent the brand in line with global guidelines and premium positioning.Operational & Administrative excellenceManage order entry, confirmations, and follow-up in close collaboration with logistics and customer service team.Monitor sell-through performance and support replenishment planning.Coordinate with the credit control team to ensure timely payments and healthy account management.Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of the German fashion industry and retail landscape or experience with premium or luxury fashion brands.Proven track record in premium womenswear wholesale, with a demonstrated success in developing and growing accounts in Germany.Motivated by the challenge of launching, positioning, and scaling the brand.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy; culturally aligned with an open, ambitious, data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Commercially driven, resilient, solutions-oriented, and capable of overcoming setbacks.Hybrid function: Willingness to travel regularly across GermanyWillingness to travel +/- 6 times per year to HQ in BelgiumFluent in German and English.Why you will like to join XandresBeing part of a premium Belgian fashion house means working with a brand grounded in craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design.
