We’re looking for passionate Regional Sales & Operations Managers to handle franchise closures and complete school setup coordination.(Our existing team has already closed 3 successful franchises!)📍 Current Hiring Locations: ➡️ Uttar Pradesh ➡️ Rajasthan ➡️ Bihar💼 Role Highlights:Handle franchise leads & drive closures in your regionFinalize school location and coordinate full setup till handoverSupport franchise partners during pre-launch & operationsMaintain daily follow-up reports and coordination with Head Office💰 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month 🎯 Incentive: 30% per franchise closure (Franchise Value ₹3,00,000 → You earn ₹75,000 per deal) 🕒 Work Type: Hybrid (Work from Home + Field Visits when required) 📚 Experience: Sales / Operations / Franchise background preferred
