As a sponsor of Real Madrid and Chelsea and due to the opening of our new production site in Serbia, we are constantly expanding our brand presence in the European market.We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand our Sales Team in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine.ResponsibilityResearch and analyze market trends, including vehicles, tires, customer demand, competitor activities, and promotional strategies.Advise headquarters on distributor layout, planning, and brand strategy.Leverage resources to drive sales growth and achieve regional targets.Manage and evaluate regional customers, strengthen relationships through regular visits, and support channel expansion.Visit retail outlets and fleet clients to assess needs, monitor demand, and track competitor dynamics.Identify, develop, and cultivate new client opportunities.Oversee the full sales cycle, from negotiation to delivery and payment collection, ensuring smooth coordination with headquarters and distributors.Assess clients’ financial health and monitor accounts receivable to safeguard stable operations.Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with headquarters.Coordinate store construction and site selection with distributors; liaise with the Marketing Department on training needs; monitor project completion and maintain brand image standards.QualificationAcademic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position5+ years of Sales-experience in tire industryFamiliar to work with cross-functional and international teamsStrong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel both domestically and internationallyFluent in English and native in a local language - Any other additional language is a plusOpen-minded, team work and cross-cultural communicationWhat we offerUnlimited ContractPerformance BonusRemote workAn amazing open minded and international teamBeing part of the success of an international growing brandOpportunity for professional and personal growth
