Regional Sales Representative – Cannabis Fertilizers (Europe)Location: Europe (preferably based in an EU member country)Contract Type: Full-time – Willingness to travelDepartment: Sales / Agronomy / Business DevelopmentReports to: European Sales DirectorPosition Overview:Our partner is looking for a Sales Representative to lead the introduction, advisory, and sales of their premium fertilizer range for legal cannabis cultivation across the European market. You will be responsible for developing strong technical and commercial relationships with licensed producers, consultants, and growers, ensuring the successful implementation of their nutritional solutions in professional cannabis projects across different countries.Key Responsibilities:Identify, contact, and manage relationships with licensed cannabis cultivation companies throughout Europe.Conduct technical visits to assess crop nutritional needs and design tailored fertilization plans.Advise clients on the optimal use of our products, ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.Stay updated on local and European regulations related to cannabis cultivation and agricultural inputs.Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, technical training, and post-sales support.Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams to adapt technical messaging to each market.Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events related to cannabis and agriculture.Requirements:Proven experience in technical sales or agronomic consulting, ideally in specialized or intensive crops.Deep knowledge of cannabis cultivation, especially in regulated environments (GACP, GMP, medicinal licenses, etc.), and direct cultivation experience — ideally including time as a Master Grower.Familiarity with European legislation and national regulatory frameworks for legal cannabis.Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Availability to travel frequently across Europe.Advanced proficiency in English; other languages such as German, Czech, or Italian are a plus.They Offer:The opportunity to join a world-leading company in plant nutrition and a reference brand in the professional cannabis sector.Continuous training in products, cultivation techniques, and regulatory frameworks.Competitive salary + commissions + travel allowances.A dynamic and innovative work environment, with real opportunities for professional growth on an international level.Join our partner in bringing premium fertilizers to licensed producers across Europe.
