Job DescriptionDefine product strategy and roadmap, manage product's lifecycle end-to-end, and work with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand-generation efforts.Analyze complex business challenges and seller pain points to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Drive and lead strategic initiatives and high-priority projects to improve the overall experience of sellers across the marketplace.Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units. RequirementsMinimum Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy roleDemonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environmentAbility to speak to technical and business stakeholders, users and interact at all levels of the organizationDistinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutionsFast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinkingExcellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global roleExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Google workspace, Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
