Regional Senior Finance Director

This strategic role will oversee regional financial governance, business partnering, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between local entities and Headquarters (Singapore-based), while driving digitalization, profitability, and sustainable growth.As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will work closely with business heads, project leads, and in-country finance teams to deliver insights, strengthen governance, and shape the financial strategy that supports the company’s expansion across the region.1. Financial Leadership & AnalysisLead a high-performing regional finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial insights, including performance dashboards, profitability analysis, and cashflow forecasting.Partner with top management to evaluate business performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure accuracy of reporting across entities.2. Strategic Planning & ForecastingOversee the formulation of annual budgets and forecasts for regional subsidiaries and delivery centers, ensuring alignment with group objectives and growth ambitions.Provide critical challenge and validation to country submissions, ensuring reasonableness, stretch, and consistency with corporate goals.3. Business Partnering & AdvisoryServe as a strategic finance partner to business units and project teams, supporting new business initiatives, cross-border transactions, and complex structuring decisions.Advise on financial implications of regional expansion, restructuring, and potential M&A or divestment activities.Support market entry strategies and commercial negotiations by assessing credit, tax, and foreign exchange exposure.4. Governance & ComplianceStrengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance standards across regional operations.Ensure alignment with Group reporting policies, accounting standards, and internal audit requirements.Proactively mitigate risks and establish strong oversight frameworks to minimize exposure to fraud, tax, and compliance breaches.5. Digital Transformation & Process ExcellenceChampion finance digitalization initiatives, introducing automation, dashboards, and workflow efficiencies across regional teams.Lead ongoing transformation of finance capabilities and workforce planning to support future-ready operations.6. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, inspire, and develop finance professionals across markets to achieve high standards of performance and collaboration.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance community.You should possess ... Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant (Singapore) or equivalent professional qualification.+15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with regional or multi-country exposure (including Greater China)+10 years of Finance Business Partnering with Technology MNC and/or Tech Consulting sector will be advantageous.Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and strategic business partnering.Strong command of IFRS/FRS standards and solid grounding in governance and compliance frameworks.Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.Hands-on, resilient, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Experience in digital finance tools (SAP, BI dashboards, analytics platforms) preferred.All profiles are handled with highest level of confidentiality.
