Job Description

Job Title: Regional Senior Sales (Saudi Arabia)Job Description:Sales Expansion: Responsible for implementing company products and sales strategies in accordance with the company's marketing plan, conducting sales forecasts, controlling conversion rates, achieving regional sales targets, and ensuring accounts receivable management.Market Research: Responsible for exploring and collecting market intelligence and competitor information in the local and surrounding regions, and formulating appropriate marketing and sales strategies.Strategy Execution: Execute sales and marketing plans in line with the company's marketing strategy to increase market share in overseas markets.Brand Promotion: Plan and organize product promotion activities in the target market, assist in implementing local marketing campaigns, and enhance the company's brand awareness and influence.Compliance & Negotiation: Understand local business laws and regulations, proficiently conduct contract negotiations and risk management to mitigate corporate risks.Industry Preference: Candidates with sales experience in the hotel and catering-related industries are preferred.Note: This role reports directly to the immediate supervisor (DS, General Manager of Overseas Marketing Center).Requirements:Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, gender不限; fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic is preferred; good health and professional appearance; strong stress resistance and work enthusiasm; experience in cross-border TB sales business operations.Personal Traits: Integrity, strong team collaboration skills, self-driven, and resilient under pressure.Work Experience: Over 10 years of sales experience with international brand hotel industry-related products, 5+ years of B2B client experience in the same industry, or 3+ years of localized sales management and operations experience in the Dubai market is preferred.Skills: Strong customer relationship skills, sales brand planning ability, and management mindset; excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, sensitive market perception, and strong adaptability; knowledge of marketing and channel strategy management.
