Implement quarterly digital marketing campaign calendar across all digital channels with go-to-market management respectively ROM and ensure timely execution. Maintain oversight of all marketing budgets and manage campaigns within that budget.Implement regional / local campaigns and lead generation activities from ideation through execution and implementation to measuring effectiveness e.g. email marketing, website optimization, SEO/SEM and online event promotion initiatives. Track and control campaign performance and develop and implement measures to optimize campaigns.Manage digital assets and ensure their performance within digital campaigns such as webinars, videos, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics with support from internal/external content specialists. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is applied to optimize content for AI-based content and search processes, thereby increasing reach, visibility, and conversion potential.Manage and execute search marketing campaigns with established process to regularly update keywords, landing pages and ads. GEO principles are employed to optimize campaign content for generative search and AI systems, while ensuring that campaign structure and account setup at the regional/local level remain aligned with global guidelines.Manage the renewal of content on the company websites as well as the localization process of content for the region. Implement performant content strategies to improve search engine rankings and create keyword-specific landing pages as needed. GEO strategies are utilized to structure content so that it is optimally processed and recommended by generative engines, enhancing visibility and target audience engagement.Manage the use of Marketing Automation for email marketing campaigns across the region, including asset creation, distribution, tracking and reporting. Regularly review contact database with recommendations for follow-up to ensure database is properly updated and segmented.Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts in the Global Office to segment and validate target audiences and recommend channels to reach them through campaign activities.Follow-up the success of regional / local campaigns and other digital marketing activities regarding lead generation, lead qualification and the status of lead processing.Integrates new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, to optimize processes and achieve maximum digital reach and performance.Acts as a link to Corporate Digital M&C department within the region.Management of service providers and agenciesAnd other duties as assigned.Experience & Further QualificationsAt least 3-5 years of experience in the areas of marketing; preferably in a TIC industryProven track record of implementing digital marketing programs that build engagement and drive sales resultsUnderstanding of marketing, communications and sales processes and knowledge of web trends and directionsStructured and independent way of working; self-starter, self-motivated and collaborativeAbility to work under pressure, assertivenessStrong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and very high results orientationFluent in EnglishBenefitsBelonging to a solid international business project, with opportunities for professional development and a strong people-oriented culture.Job stability through a permanent, full-time contract.A participative and inclusive working environment, with the implementation of hybrid working models combining office presence and remote work from home.Access to a flexible compensation package with tax-efficient benefits, competitive at market level, and enhanced through performance-based incentives linked to the achievement of objectives and contribution to results.An individual development plan aimed at strengthening professional and personal competencies, fostering talent management and a clearly defined career path.
