You’ll take the lead in developing and delivering innovative recruitment strategies, working closely with top education agencies and representing our partner universities with pride and professionalism.Your days will be varied, meeting with partners to plan new initiatives, analysing market trends to shape future strategies, and supporting creative campaigns that inspire students to study overseas. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across East Asia and beyond, ensuring that our collective goals are met and our global partnerships continue to flourish.To succeed, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the local education landscape and the confidence to lead conversations that drive both business growth and student success. You’ll oversee partner engagement activities, deliver timely training and updates, and identify new opportunities for collaboration and expansion. As a visible ambassador of our brand, you’ll represent our values of integrity, inclusion, and innovation in everything you do.About YouYou may come from a background in student recruitment, international education, or sales and partnerships, what matters most is your ability to build strong relationships, inspire trust, and deliver results. You’ll have excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English, and a passion for connecting people and ideas across cultures.You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you’ll be just as comfortable analysing data as you are creating a compelling story for a marketing campaign.
