About this Position We are seeking an experienced professional to lead sustainability within our Adhesives Consumer Goods division, focusing on the Sports Footwear & Fashion segment. The Regional Sustainability leader will embed sustainability into our core business operations to drive differentiation and growth at customers. You will serve as the bridge between commercial, technical, innovation, and strategic market teams, incl. senior leadership to ensure our solutions align with market trends and customer needs.What You´ll DoStrategy & Differentiation: Shape the sustainability strategy and drive execution of sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global team and emission reduction targets. Transformation Leadership: Act as the regional voice for sustainability in the category, shaping Henkel’s positioning, differentiation, and external representation. Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer needs and industry trends to keep our strategy ahead of the curve. Governance & Reporting: Implement frameworks and tools to measure impact. Monitor progress, risks, and opportunities, reporting clearly to senior leadership. Advocacy & Education: Act as the internal champion for sustainability. Drive change management by developing training programs and fostering cross-functional collaboration. What makes you a good fit Industry Background: experience in the Sports Footwear or Fashion industry; a clear understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing landscape. Professional Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role. We are open to candidates from Sales/Business Development, Application Engineering or Technical Customer Support, Sustainability Management, or Management Consulting backgrounds. Good understanding of impact measurement (LCA, CO₂, circularity) and sustainability data credibility. Skill Set: strong change management and organizational design capabilities, operational business experience (understanding P&L and operations), ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, R&D, Operations) without direct authority. Mindset: a genuine passion for sustainability combined with a pragmatic commercial approach. Location: Based in Vietnam or Indonesia with full English fluency.
