We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, with responsibility for Portugal, Spain & Italy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take our Talent Acquisition function in this region to the next level, transitioning from traditional service delivery to a pro-active partnership. This evolution aims to enhance service levels and support our company's growth ambitions. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead this challenge. The role involves leading a team of 4 experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists and 2 trainees (split between our offices in Madrid and Milan), driving the day-to-day recruitment activities in this frontline, as well as Employer Branding initiatives and school collaborations. You will have dotted line responsibility for 1 Recruitment Specialists, based in Bratislava (Slovakia).The Talent Acquisition Lead can be based either in Madrid or in Pero (Milan). Regular travel within the unit (Portugal, Spain & Italy) will be required. You will report in solid line to our Head of Talent & Culture for Europe, and in dotted line to our People & Communications director for Portugal, Spain & Italy.Key Responsibilities:Shape and drive the Talent Acquisition function for the local unit (Portugal, Spain and Italy) and the local People and Communications leadership teamOwn and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy in your region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing TA and Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talentLead, coach and develop the TA Specialists to ensure we have an engaged and efficient team. As Talent Acquisition Manager, your role is to manage both the team and the results of your department. You set the direction, inspire the team and coach your team members to support personal and professional growth.Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes aligned with the company's business needsCollaborate with other People & Communications teams and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of Talent Acquisition servicesEvaluate business environment and workforce trends to make recommendations for achieving and exceeding TA targetsOwnership of the local TA budget, which requires a balance of building relationships with suppliers and identifying opportunities for budget optimisation Maintain strong connections with colleagues within the company and externally to share best practices and understand current trendsRequirements:A minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years managing recruitment teamsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levelsProven experience in budget management Fluency in English.
