This is a true hunter role — you'll own the full cycle from territory strategy through to contract close, working with financial institutions to help them reimagine how they lend, manage risk, and serve their customers.Day To Day, You'llBuild and manage a pipeline that consistently exceeds quarterly and annual targetsChallenge prospective customers to think differently about their operations — and show them exactly how nCino makes the differenceNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with confidencePartner with BDRs, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to create a unified and compelling market presenceGrow nCino's footprint within existing accounts by identifying new product and expansion opportunitiesServe as the face of nCino in CEE — building brand presence and trusted relationships across the regionWhat You'll Bring6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targetsProven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives in complex, long-cycle dealsConsultative, insight-led sales approach — you listen first and lead with valueCollaborative mindset — you know how to bring internal teams with you to winWillingness to travel across the CEE regionFluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plusBonus Points ForBanking or financial services domain expertiseExperience selling into commercial or corporate banking environmentsBuild more than a career.
