This pivotal role ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for families and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College.As Our Registrar, Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDeveloping and implementing an enrolment strategy aligned with the College’s objectives and prioritiesEvaluate enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder insights to guide planning and decision-makingManaging the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective familiesCollaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure clear and engaging communication with prospective familiesSupervise and support the Assistant Registrar in day-to-day operationsCoordinate enrolment interviews and events such as Open Day, tours, and parent information eveningsWork closely with the International Office regarding overseas student admissionsTo Be Considered For This Opportunity You Will HaveExperience in a similar role in a school environment (min 3 years)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approachExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Advanced computer literacyCommitment to the Catholic and St Augustine’s educational values and child safety.Child Safeguarding StatementSt Augustine’s College is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
