The Registrar will ensure smooth coordination across departments, manage records, support admissions and examinations, and uphold regulatory standards as per AICTE, PCI, HPTU, BCI, and State University guidelines.This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of academic processes, administrative management, and institutional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all academic and administrative functions including admissions, records, examinations, and student services.Ensure institutional compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies such as AICTE, PCI, HPTU, BCI, and others.Supervise the preparation and maintenance of student records, registers, and institutional data.Coordinate with Deans, Heads of Departments, and Directors for academic planning and scheduling.Prepare and submit official reports, returns, and documentation to affiliating and regulatory authorities.Manage faculty and staff records, including appointments, service books, and approvals.Support the development and implementation of academic policies, examination procedures, and internal controls.Liaise with external stakeholders including universities, councils, and government departments.Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling institutional data and official communication.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s Degree in Management, Education, or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).Minimum 8–12 years of experience in academic administration or registrar-level responsibilities (preferably in a higher-education institution).Thorough knowledge of university regulations, AICTE/PCI/UGC norms, and institutional compliance.Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.Proficiency in ERP, Google Workspace, and MS Office tools.Ability to handle multi-institutional coordination and manage a team effectively.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work with one of North India’s most reputed educational institutions.Supportive environment with autonomy to lead institutional processes.Accommodation (if required) and other benefits as per institutional policy.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV to: 📧 jobs@hgpi.in 📞 +91-9671300918 🌐 www.hgpi.in Subject: Application for Registrar – HGPI
