Once the decision has been made to introduce a variety to the market, you coordinate the process and initiate the necessary procedures. This requires close collaboration across the organization. You ensure clear communication and keep a close eye on deadlines. You enjoy staying up to date with the latest legal developments and regulations and translating them into actionable steps for our business.Make a difference as a Registration CoordinatorInitiate registrations and maintain registration filesMonitor laws and regulations related to (commercial) registrations and plant breeders’ rights, and adjust procedures accordinglyAdvise and inform colleagues and departments about commercial and legal registrationsContribute to projects and continuously improve our ways of workingYou will be part of a nice and dedicated team of five people within the Legal department, which plays a central role in our international organization. You’ll work in an inspiring international environment from our modern headquarters in Enkhuizen, with the possibility to work from home part of the time. You will report to the Manager Registrations.What You Bring As Our Future ColleagueAs a Registration Coordinator, you know how to gather information and stay fully up to date on registration and plant breeders’ rights, both nationally and internationally.With your excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, you know how to strike the right tone to guide the entire registration and protection process smoothly.Your international contacts with authorities, agents, legal professionals, and regional colleagues require flexibility and strong interpersonal skills. You tailor your approach to different cultures and local circumstances. You ensure deadlines are met and enjoy working with processes and systems where quality, efficiency, and optimization are key.You are proactive, accurate, and able to bridge the gap between Research & Development and Marketing & Sales. You are a go-to person and a central figure when it comes to registrations and plant breeders’ rights.In short, you:Have at least a completed MBO-4 level educationAre fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and writtenHave at least 3 years of experience in an international administrative roleHave a demonstrable affinity with the legal fieldPreferably have experience with variety registration, plant breeders’ rights, or other IP rightsExcel at researching the latest laws and regulations and extracting the most relevant informationAre accurate, stress-resistant, and solution-orientedAre decisive and have a strong sense of interpersonal dynamicsEnza Zaden as your employer With more than 3,000 passionate team members across the world, we're on a daily mission to develop the finest vegetable varieties.
