Job TitleRegistration Finance Administrator (Fixed -Term Contract)Emeris consolidates resources and expertise from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE-Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, with a unified approach ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.RoleWe are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period . These will be contract roles for the following vacancy:Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed -Term Contract)Duties and Responsibilities:Cash office – taking of paymentsVerify Debit order detailsFollowing up with outstanding payments from 2025Track all bursaries and follow up for outstanding evidenceFollow up with payments for pending registrationsGeneral finance duties associated with registrationReceipting of App Fees, Pre-Reg Fees and Tuition Fees in SIS. Using Pay U Reports and the daily bank statement as source documentation.Competencies RequiredGood interpersonal and communication skillsComputer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)Excellent time management skillsFinance acumenBest suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail, works accurately and can handle pressureMinimum Qualification RequirementsA completed Diploma or Degree in a related field.
