As a leader in the snack industry, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative products that bring joy to consumers across the country.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory and Halal Compliance ManagementInterpret food regulations (BPOM, SNI, JECFA, etc), halal requirement and/or customer guideline as well as coordinate product registration, product compliance, and labelling at Arnott’s Indonesia business with providing review and fact-based assessment on the material (RM, PM) and formula starting from initial development. Key support in technical and operational to provide product information related to regulatory to contribute to the project can be delivered OTIFOB and is well documented.Key support to provide information for artwork development and review by generating product labelling informationImplementing internal controls which related on the regulatory compliance with governmental / regulatory guidelines, internal and implied policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements (including product claims & allergen declarations, and labelling requirements)System ManagementProvide technical support for utilizing system (BPCS, BOM, etc) Ensure product compliance to Halal Management System based on Updated Halal RequirementRegulatory Affairs, Relationship ManagementConduct communication to external in terms of technical consultation (BPOM, BPJPH, MUI, etc)Support in technical information for giving input government on developing regulation.Job SpecificationBachelor degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related Sciences.Min 1 years working experience in food manufacturing industry in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to applyFamiliar with regulatory bodies / labelling / Export / Import regulations (BPOM, Halal, SNI, etc)Familiar with general food processes, food safety requirements, local, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP.Ability to work and communicate verbal/written in internal & several external functions effectivelyGood verbal and written communication skills (English)
