Monitor driver behaviour i. e. fatigue, speeding etcManage POD's. Respond to e-mails, telephonic communications and provide prompt feedback to the sender i. e. Management, Fleet Controllers, External Call Centres etc. Receive and process telephone calls from OPTIX call centre and process accordingly.
