JOB SUMMARYThe Relationship Advisor is responsible for delivering in-depth face-to-face (F2F) advisory services on retirement and financial planning, including in-depth consultations tailored to members’ needs. The role also involves conducting briefings to target segments, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, and working closely with the Relationship Executive to drive product and service transactions aligned with EPF’s goal of securing Malaysia's financial well-being and retirement adequacy.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESA. ADVISORYConduct face-to-face service sessions including in-depth advisory services related to retirement planning advice, financial planning and EPF products & services according to customers’ needs and requests.Provide assistance to Head / Senior Relationship Advisor (if any) when briefing sessions are being conducted for target groups; Formal Sector Workers, Informal Sector Workers, Potential Contributors (IPTA, IPTS, College students etc.), Employer and employees.Implement advisory services and work functions based on the Employer & Member Module under the scope of Relationship & Advisory.Actively participate in the implementation of EPF’s Financial Education initiatives including the Financial Education Network (FEN), Formal and Informal Sector Financial Literacy Programs, and other relevant outreach campaigns.Provide excellent customer service to members/customers by prioritizing and facilitating members/customers’ needs and requests.B. MARKETINGImplement product and service marketing campaigns using approved strategies and optimize the use of marketing materials providedExecute a Financial Literacy campaign that suits the needs of customers and target groups in their respective localities.Prepare daily, weekly activity reports and other reports according to the supervisor's needs.Constantly provide feedback to the supervisor to foster growth and improvement on the implementation of the branch's RA marketing campaign.Assist in networking sessions and collaborate with supervisors for employers/members of the formal sector in the Green Dashboard category (large & medium employers) in Financial Literacy program.Assist in the collaboration efforts with agencies, groups and workers in the informal sector in the Financial Literacy Program.C. PRODUCT TRANSACTIONSupport and execute product transaction strategies targeted at prospective contributors, based on the plans developed by supervisors or the Head of Section.Team up with Relationship Executive (RE) in executing relevant /approved strategies on EPF products and services transactions during Outreach activities and at branch counters.Prepare and present reports related to the RA team's product transactions achievement and performance to the supervisor.Provide input, feedback and suggestions to the Head of Section in order to improve and strengthen the promotional activities as well as product transactions.D. STRATEGIC SUPPORT & OTHERSEnsure compliance with internal guidelines and policies in relation to administrative, finance, procurement, and HR-related tasks.Implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous improvement.Support and actively participate in business development activities to expand Coverage and Adequacy.Support internal audits and governance activities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.Support the development of the Relationship & Advisory team by providing input and recommendations on the implementation of training & development covering the aspects of: i. Capability development and competence ii. Course and Training Requirements (On the Job Training, Coaching & Classroom)6. Manage and ensure effective two-way communication between management level, subordinates and customers.7. Carry out and perform ad-hoc tasks according to branch’s needs or as per Management instructions from time to time, in accordance with the latest work procedures and policies.JOB REQUIREMENTSMalaysian citizenPass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) levelPossess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science or other related areasBelow than four (4) years of experience in related fields.Working experience in the financial institution is an added advantageCertifications in finance (i.e.SRFP/CFP/CIFP/IFP/ChFC) is an added advantageAttention to detail, computer proficient, strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent leadership, decision making and communication skills (verbal & written)Able to multi-task and has good time management skillsPLACEMENTPeninsular Malaysia, Sabah and SarawakJOB STATUSPermanent/ContractAll applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
