You’ll be the face of our brand, forging strong ties with hospitals, colleges, and medical professional networks to grow our member base and keep them engaged for the long term.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:Driving member acquisition and retention through smart, strategic engagementBuilding lasting relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare and educationDelivering high-quality service that makes every member feel valuedPresenting at events and tailor messaging to diverse audiencesTraveling regularly to connect, collaborate, and represent MIPS with prideWhat You’ll BringPrevious success as a team player within business development, client relationship or account management positions.Ability to execute business development plans and opportunities to achieve new business targets utilising CRM systems.Superior listening, sales and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and engage with in-person external audiences.Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook email, calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams), CRM systems and video conferencingYou’ll be continuous learner with the ability to remain abreast of the constantly changing business development environment.*Please note due to the travel element of the role comes with a car.Why MIPS?At MIPS, we protect healthcare professionals so they can focus on caring for others.
