Banking Relationship AssociateJob DescriptionTaskify is hiring for one of the global players in the financial services industry.About the Role:We are seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network. This role is part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting customers’ financial success.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach.Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.Recommend appropriate banking products, services, and digital solutions tailored to customer needs.Collaborate with team members and partners to address customers’ financial requirements.Maintain compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and Regulation Z for Loan Originators.Manage cash handling, balancing, and service-related tasks as needed.Identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate actions.Required Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.Desired Qualifications:Strong customer service skills with experience managing complex transactions.Proactive in engaging customers through phone, email, or other channels.Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and other digital solutions.Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.Familiarity with policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.Relevant military experience is a plus.Job Expectations:Flexibility to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.Ability to pass required language assessments.SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.Why Join Us:Taskify offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in financial services, providing robust benefits, competitive compensation, and programs to support work-life balance and personal growth.
