You’ll find:A competitive contract rate that values you and the impact you make.Our superstar admin takes the load off you, leaving you to do what you do best.A supportive peer network that welcomes you, your skills and even that imposter syndrome part of us all.Flexibility that allows you to set your hours each week and balance work and life.Access to monthly supervision with our clinical supervisor and supportive team.A strong referral stream of clients.Once established, the opportunity to work a combination of face-to-face and online.What you'll be doingProviding high-quality individual and/or couples counselling (optional) with a focus on relationship issues, anxiety, depression and trauma processing.Conducting case assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clientsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated careMaintaining client records and reports (as needed) in accordance with professional standardsParticipating in regular supervision.Consistent referral stream from local services, companies and other mental health servicesWhat we're looking forEssential criteria: A degree in either Psychology with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)OR a Degree in Social Work or Counselling with registration with ACA level 3+ or Clinical with PACFA or AASW. - At this stage we won't be taking on anyone without that.Experience providing evidence-based treatment and/or relationship counselling interventionsStrong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a focus on rapport-building and empathetic client careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentDemonstrated commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.It would be a bonus if you work from modalities like IFS, Emotional Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, Attachment, EMDR, Brainspotting or the like.
