Since 2014, we have been promoting overseas education opportunities for Bangladeshi students, guiding them to achieve their academic and career aspirations.Role OverviewAs a Relationship Executive, you will serve as a front-line representative, engaging with students and prospective students through calls. You’ll play a vital role in generating leads, achieving sales targets, and supporting the counselling team in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities• Communicate with students through inbound and outbound calls.• Provide initial student consultation and guidance.• Generate leads and meet monthly KPIs.• Assist counselling team members with daily administrative and support tasks.• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.• Provide expert consultation about study destinations, courses, and admissions.• Maintain and update lead databases accurately.• Stay informed about education industry trends and competitor activities.• Track and report call outcomes and conversion rates.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.• Minimum 1 year experience in the student consultancy or higher education industry.• Also Fresher are encouraged to apply.• Strong understanding of top study destinations and the education industry.• Proven experience in sales and communication.• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• Result-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving targets.• Candidates seeking long-term career growth are encouraged to apply.Compensation & BenefitsRemuneration: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (based on skills and experience)Benefits• Two Festival Bonuses• Mobile Bill AllowanceHow to ApplySend your updated resume to: hr.wisdombd@gmail.com or hr@thewisdombd.comSubject Line: Application for Relationship ExecutiveWISDOM EDUCATION – Inspiring students to explore global learning opportunities since 2014.
