Overview: As a Relationship Management Specialist for bank products, you will support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with merchants, promote ongoing engagement, and assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell key offerings such as business deposits, business loans, strategic partnerships, and digital banking solutions.What you will be doing:Achievement of bank sales target.Cross-sell digital bank products to merchants.Collect and submit necessary information and documents to onboard merchants.Help merchants through the onboarding process until product activation or disbursement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.Identify client needs and suggest appropriate digital banking product solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, business development, operations, compliance, and others.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Monitor and report partner concerns to relevant teams.Manage strategic partner relationships with a focus on supporting co-marketing efforts and distribution of banking and lending products.What we are looking for: At least 3-5 years of experience from micro financial institutions or micro lending.Strong background in account acquisition and management, business development, solutions selling, and cross-selling.Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is an advantage.Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively engaging and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
